His prices are fair and the work his company does is top notch. Aaron who works for Lyon Design/Build is great! All of the subcontractors Jim uses do really nice work and were easy to have in our home. We highly recommend Lyon Design/Build for home remodels.

He kept us in the communication loop at all times as soon as he was aware of any issues. We had a few bumps that came up, which is to be expected with any construction job. They also installed new stairs and handled a number of smaller projects at the same time (such as adding a cedar wall to our closet and installing new countertops in our kitchen). Jim was always nice to work with and they never went over budget. They were also very competitively priced and we feel like we got great value in the end. They repaired anything that they found wrong upon removing my existing bathtub. They tiled up and install a shower base and a fixed transparent door. New vanity and lights were installed.
